  • How many events will be booked on my wedding day?

    One - just yours!

  • Is anyone there to oversee the venue?

    Yes, every event has supervision.

  • What is the maximum number your barn can hold?

    Jordan Valley Barn: 240

    Blue Sky Barn: 175

  • How much is the deposit?

    The deposit is 25%.

  • Do you take payments?

    We divide your rental fees into four payments; the first is your deposit to hold your date; the last is due three months before your event; the others are spaced equally between first and last. 

  • Are tables & chairs included?

    Yes!

  • Do you have indoor restrooms?

    Yes. Our restrooms are ADA compliant, furnished with baby-changing stations, fully supplied, and serviced regularly throughout the event. 

  • What is the back-up plan for inclement weather?

    The ceremony can be held inside the barn; this may require a re-set for the reception. 

  • Is there an additional charge for the ceremony site?

    No, it is included.

  • Do I have to use your preferred vendors?

    You may use the vendors of your choice. 

  • Can I bring my dog?

    Yes.

  • Do you have a corkage fee if I bring my own alcohol?

    No.

  • Do I need to purchase alcohol & liability insurance?

    Yes.

  • Can I use real candles?

    No. Battery-operated candles, tea lights, tapers, as we furnish in our décor, are acceptable. You may use floating candles. 

  • What time does the music need to end?

    The DJ stops at 11 pm. Lights out at midnight. 

  • Who sets up and tears down?

    Our staff takes care of set up and removing tables.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We recommend event cancellation insurance. Payments are non-refundable.

  • When do I need to make a decision about Bar & Beverage Service for my event?

    Several months prior to your event date, you will automatically receive an email regarding Bar & Beverage Service.  Once completed, the contract included in that email will be used to determine the type of service you have chosen. The contract, along with deposit, needs to be received by our office no later than eight weeks prior to your event date. Generally, the bar manager will be in contact with you shortly after our office has received your completed contract form and deposit.

  • What is the maximum number of kegs the kegerator can hold?

    At Jordan Valley, we can hold up to 4 kegs. At Blue Sky, we can hold up to 3 kegs.

  • Do you furnish kegerator ‘handles’ for various types of beer?

    We have a variety of handles for the most common beers. If you have a special craft beer, we may have to use a generic handle. You may obtain your own handle for a specific brew.

  • Do you provide water service at the guest tables?

    We do not provide table-side water service. Your caterer may be able to provide that service. We do provide iced water in a self-serve dispenser at non-alcoholic beverage station.
