What is included?
Our goal for you is to create a venue customizable to your preferences, so you can have the best event possible.
Furniture and Decorations
All your guest tables (round or banquet style), chairs, and décor pieces (we have lots of beautiful lanterns, embellished/vintage mason jars, candy jars, crates, chalkboard signs, vintage furniture pieces, etc.) are included in your rental. Linen rental must be done through the Jordan Valley Barn. It includes delivery to the venue and pick up of soiled linens after your event. The cost is $10 per table which includes a standard lap-length white linen with 8 napkins. Specialty linen, colors, and floor length linens are available for an up-charge. Exquisite 120” white ruffled cocktail table linens with coordinately tie are $15.
Outside Ceremony Site
Three lovely arbors grace the walkway to your ceremony. Our white pews provide comfortable seating for your guests and our ceremony platform with its large columns puts your guests’ focus on you!
With our weekend package, if your ceremony is “on-site” your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner can be held on-site as well. Many couples choose to use the Guesthouse & patio areas, or the barn, deck, & patio areas for their rehearsal dinner.
What we can offer?
BJ’s of Gaylord is our preferred caterer, but you do have the option to choose catering by the vendor of your choice. You can bring in a food truck, or supply the food yourself.

Bar & Beverages
JVB requires that the Jordan Valley Barn bartending staff is contracted to handle your bar service.
On Site Staff
Staff is available to help you with set up prior to your event, clean up after your event, and service during your event. Hot and Cold Beverage service consists of beverages beyond the spectrum of the standard bar.
In addition to our on-site guesthouse, we have two additional guesthouses within just a mile of the venue, and trolley services are available for rental.
Weddings begin at $2900.
A deposit of 25% secures your date.
