Our Bar Manager will help you design your personal service plan. If you choose to bring in your own wine and alcohol, we can help with recommended amounts to purchase.

If you would like to serve your guest bottled or canned beer, it must be delivered cold and you will have to provide it. 

Kegs must be purchased through the Venue. We will take care of ordering, purchase, deposits, delivery, and return of used kegs after your event. You may provide a ‘craft’ or ‘specialty’ brew if it is available from our local distributor.  

If you choose to have the venue purchase your wine and/or alcohol, we act solely as a ‘service’ to be reimbursed for products used at your event. You will receive an invoice at the close of your event, so you can reimburse us for the product that was consumed by your guests. Clients are invoiced for special orders, and opened bottles of alcohol and wine; partially filled bottles will be packed up for clients to take with them after their event.

Our in-house stock of product for your event insures you will not run out of alcohol, mixers, or non-alcoholic beverages during your event. Our itemized selection list gives you the choice of product you wish to serve. Kegs of beer and signature cocktail ingredients are special order and are purchased on your behalf on a reimbursement basis. We cannot guarantee that special order products will not run out. We order the amount that you request.
